WORDS CAN FLY A THOUSAND MILES
'WORDS CAN FLY A THOUSAND MILES' is a project whose aim is to provide aid and support to people in Fukushima, Japan suffering from the aftermath of the natural disasters and nuclear plant crisis that occurred in March. We are seeking donations and handwritten messages in order to console and encourage people in Fukushima. The messages will be scanned and printed in booklets, which will be sent to Fukushima volunteer centres along with the donations. As the project moves along, we will update the progress on the website (http://www.wordscanfly.org/) until the donations and messages reach Japan.
